AWARDS FROM OUTSIDE AGENCIES
| MILLENNIUM VOLUNTEER AWARD - for ages 16 - 25 | |
The Millennium Volunteer Award recognises the service given by GB members (aged 16 - 25) to their community through The Girls' Brigade in Scotland, be it company service, the service section of the Queen's Award or the volunteering section of the Duke of Edinburgh Award. Recognising hours of service at 50, 100 and 200 hours GB in Scotland is currently piloting the MV Volunteering passport with 7 companies throughout Scotland to smooth out any application and processing problems in the on-line administration for this scheme. The Millenium Volunteering Award Scheme will then hopefully be opened up to all GB companies in Scotland soon. Any queries, please contact GB HQ. |
