| Notification of Request for Shop It is possible for Companies and Divisions to arrange a selection of goods from the GB Supplies Department to have as a shop at events - e.g. competitions, camps, trainings, etc. N.B. minimum notice of two weeks required. | |

Service Awards (10 / 20 / 30 / 40 years) are now available
through the GB HQ Main Office and no longer the Supplies
Department - Please
fill out the OFFICER
SERVICE AWARD FORM
and send with separate payment (i.e. not included in
a Supplies Order cheque) to GB HQ. The
self-certification
process
will rely on honesty and trust with occasional spot checks and all data
regarding dates, etc, will be recorded on the GB Database. Please
allow up to 6 weeks for Service Awards to be processed. Thank
you.
