ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICE ACTIVITIES

POLICE

www.spstation.co.uk - A good website by Strathclyde Police with dedicated pages for kids and teens, full of information, activities and FAQs on the Police and the law.

www.cleveland.police.uk/kids - Another police website full of useful information & activities, this time from Cleveland Police.

AMBULANCE

www.eastamb.nhs.uk/kids-stuff - Useful downloads if you are covering the Ambulance service or how to call 999 in an emergency with younger children. Best suited to Explorers, but some of the downloads may be useful for younger Juniors.

FIRE BRIGADE

www.welephant.co.uk - Part of the Children's Fire & Burn Trust, has a lot of useful fire related information - fire safty, planning fire escape routes, firework safty, links to fire brigades around the country, some story and colouring pages for younger children.
