Website Access FAQ
Here is a list of the steps you can take to gain access to the website.
1) Make sure that you are not logged on.
To make sure that you are not logged on, take a look at the top right hand corner of the web page. If you see your user name and the word "log out" then you are logged on and you should be able to access the website's content.
2) Ensure you have the right user name.
Usernames take the format of first initial, surname. So "Jane Smith" would be issued the user name "J.Smith", if you can't access the website using this format, then it could be the case that more than one person has the "J.Smith" username, in which case, additional letters to the first name would be added until it's a unique user name (IE: Ja.Smith, Jan.Smith). Typically speaking, it can take up to three letters to get a unique user name.
3) Passwords and Email
If you are attempting to log in for the first time, it's recommended that you log on using the e-mail sent to you when your details were added to the user database. Using this one time link will allow you to create a new password that is easier to remember. This process also applies when you click on the "Request new password" link.
Also, if you seem to have not received your password or any e-mail you think you should have received, you should check your e-mail's spam or junk folder as we have had multiple instances of our e-mail messages being sent to the spam folder by accident.
4) Contacting HQ for assistance.
Typically, you can contact HQ in one of three ways, phoning HQ, sending an Enquiry forum via the ”enquiry” link on the top of the page or by emailing the website developer directly with your enquiry.
Remember, in all correspondence to the website, be sure to include the following information when contacting HQ as this will dramatically speed the process up and allow you to get acess to the files you need quicker;
1) Your Name
2) Your E-mail Address
3) Your Company
