Please ensure that the expiry date of the credit/debit card is at least 28 days after the date of your confirmed order. As payment is deducted immediately prior to dispatch, we will be unable to take payment to fulfil your order if the card has expired. Postage and Packing
Postal rates were reviewed as of April 2019 to ensure we offer members the best possible rates. As from 23 April, GBS will be using Royal Mail, 2nd class, for small parcels up to 2kg in weight and the charge for post and packing will be £3.85. For all other parcels GBS will continue to use our dedicated courier service, My Hermes, and the charges will remain at £9.50 for 2-10kg and £11.50 for 10-15kg.
Goods will, in the absence of specified notification and/or at your request, normally be dispatched within five working days. Please allow a further three days for delivery. At peak times of the year, i.e. September/October and April/May orders may take a little longer to process.
Note: Orders will not be processed or shipped during the summer break, October week or Christmas period. Please check the GBS website for more detailed information.
Cancellation and Refunds
If for any reason you are unhappy with the goods you have ordered, you may return them to GBS at 11A Woodside Crescent, Glasgow, G3 7UL for an exchange or refund at any time during the period of 21 days, beginning from the day on which you receive the goods as the first day, provided you have told us within a reasonable time of receipt of the goods.
Online order exchanges will incur a £2.95 postage charge for delivery of the replacement item. Goods shall not be accepted for exchange out with this 21 day period except in exceptional circumstances, as to which GBS shall be the sole judge.
